These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QuizaacOMR (the “Service”), including the Android app and web dashboards for teachers. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
The Service is for teachers and authorized school staff. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
Your content
You retain ownership of classroom data you upload (classes, rosters, exams, scans). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service (grading, sync, reports).
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful educational assessment purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, abuse APIs, or access other users’ data.
- Do not upload malware or content you lack rights to use.
- Comply with applicable school policies and data-protection rules for student information.
Subscriptions and plans
Some features may require an active plan. Plan limits (for example, scan quotas) are described in-app or by your administrator. We may change plan features with notice where required.
Availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or device limitations may affect sync and grading. Keep local backups of critical records where your school requires them.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. OMR results depend on scan quality and key accuracy; review graded output before using scores for high-stakes decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use a free tier.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account as described in our account deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
